Apifolio is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of the app is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace standard end-user agreement (created by Bonterms), together with the Provider-Specific Terms below. Purchases, invoices, refunds and taxes are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms.
Provider-Specific Terms
- Provider. Apifolio is provided by Rosario Vitale, an independent developer based in Italy ("Provider"), contact [email protected].
- Support. We provide support as described in the support policy.
- Data protection. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Apifolio runs on Atlassian and does not transfer customer content outside Atlassian. A data processing agreement is available on request at [email protected].
- Security. Vulnerabilities can be reported as described on the security page.
- No live requests. Apifolio does not send requests to the APIs it documents. Code samples are provided as examples; you are responsible for how you use them.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
